My problem was odd and below the level usual for such a doctor. Nevertheless, he was very kind and helpful.

Both Dr Femino and his P.A. Were extremely kind, caring, & thorough. We never felt rushed, as they took time to answer all of our questions.

I was expecting that the provider has read my file and would discuss my problem and have suggestions. Instead, he had not read the file, asked me what my questions were. The provide and the assistant did not bother to wash their hands or wear gloves or asked me if it was ok to touch my surgery area. They shook hands with us and touched me without washing their hands. This was unacceptable!!
