Dr In is a teacher as well as a doctor. There will be time to discuss symptoms and recent changes, then time to discuss labs and imaging and finally open time to explore questions about the disease, the current treatment protocol, future treatment options and the overall science around one's situation. He's generous with both his time and his knowledge.

I was surprised that he called me on the phone about two hours before the scheduled telemedicine appointment. Fortunately I was available and he had plenty of time.
