Dr. Xu’s Philosophy of Care
“My philosophy is to provide personalized patient-centered care of the highest quality. I spend considerable time educating my patients about their conditions and treatment options, so they are empowered and ready to participate actively in their own health care. In this way, I work together with my patients to develop personalized care plans that optimize their clinical experiences.
Glaucoma is a permanent disease that currently does not have a cure. My priority is to develop friendly and fruitful long-term relationships with my patients. Developing and fostering each unique relationship is the aspect of patient care I cherish most.”
