Our specialists are dedicated to helping you manage the long-term effects of COVID-19 and improve your quality of life.
A Team Dedicated to Your COVID-19 Recovery
At the COVID Recovery Clinic, our mission is to provide comprehensive, specialized medical care to aid in your recovery from long COVID symptoms. Our multidisciplinary team of experts is committed to providing you with the care you need to manage the full range of possible long-term side effects of COVID-19, including fatigue, brain fog, breathlessness, aches, cough, diarrhea, dizziness, anxiety, depression and more..
Our core care team includes experts in primary care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social work with the goal of designing a comprehensive, integrated treatment plan to help you recover your physical and emotional health after a COVID-19 diagnosis — with patients seeing multiple providers for the initial consultation. Depending on your needs, your care team can help coordinate later visits with other specialties, including but not limited to:
- Neurology
- Occupational Therapists
- Physical Therapist
- Pulmonary
- Otolaryngology
- Rheumatology
- Social Services and Behavioral support
Step 1: Meet Our Nurse Navigator
A nurse navigator will be your first stop to help coordinate your visit. This team member will contact you prior to your appointment to understand your symptoms and care needs, so we can design a comprehensive, personalized care plan for you, including access to social services.
Step 2: A Primary Care Provider Leads Your Team
A COVID Recovery Clinic primary care physician will lead your collaborative, multidisciplinary care team to develop an initial comprehensive workup. If you do not already have a Keck Medicine of USC primary care physician, we will partner with your current doctor to ensure that your care needs are met beyond your first visit.
Step 3: Receive Integrated Care
The care team will refer for additional specialist needs including rehabilitation services as well as medical specialties.
Step 4: Move Forward With Your Team
After your visit, you can continue to connect with your nurse navigator.
