At the USC Center for Advanced Lung Disease, we provide care for all advanced lung conditions, from severe asthma to lung cancer. Our team brings together every resource to give you the best care possible. We partner with your referring doctor to fully evaluate your condition and diagnose you. We also offer low-cost lung cancer screening to help aid in your diagnosis.

Our personalized, multidisciplinary approach and coordinated care plans involve many medical specialists, including infectious disease physicians, thoracic surgeons, endocrinologists, cardiologists, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, pathologists, radiologists, otolaryngologists, physical therapists and transplant surgeons, depending on your needs. We create a treatment plan just for you and support you and your family at every stage of your care.

No. Book an appointment here. 

 

Do I need my medical records to see a pulmonologist? 

Yes, it’s very helpful to have your records, so we can streamline the treatment process. However, repeat/additional testing is available, as needed. 

 

How can a nurse navigator help me?  

Our nurse navigators help identify the most appropriate pulmonologist for your care, obtain your medical records when needed, facilitate scheduling all of your appointments, coordinate your medication refills and coordinate referrals to specialty providers.
