Administrative Fellowship Application Guide
Thank you for your interest in the Keck Medicine of USC Administrative Fellowship program! Please read through this guide as you prepare to fill out our application.
This application will be filled out and submitted through a secure, online form. Please ensure all materials are ready to upload at the time of starting the application, as you will not be able to save and resume your application should the window be closed.
Your completed application is due by Sunday, September 15th at 11:59 PM PST.
Please combine your supporting documents into a single PDF (please see below for the file naming convention) with the documents in the following order:
PDF Document Naming Convention: Please name the supporting documents pdf with the following naming convention: “Lastname_Firstname.pdf”
Transcripts: Please note we require official transcripts that will be digitally uploaded by the applicant.
Letters of Recommendation: Please note we do not require sealed letters. Please have your references send their letters to you so you can include them in the file upload.
Open/Additional Letter: We ask that you submit one additional letter of recommendation from someone of your choosing, i.e. professor, academic advisor, coworker, manager, classmate, peer, mentor , etc. We only ask that you do not choose a family member or relative.
If you would like to have a copy of the application sent to you, please select “Send me a copy of my responses” and provide your email in the corresponding field.
You will be notified via phone if you are selected for an interview.
