Administrative Fellowship Application Guide

Thank you for your interest in the Keck Medicine of USC Administrative Fellowship program! Please read through this guide as you prepare to fill out  our application.

Application Process

This application will be filled out and submitted through a secure, online form. Please ensure all materials are ready to upload at the time of starting the application, as you will not be able to save and resume your application should the window be closed.

Application Deadline

Your completed application is due by Sunday, September 15th at 11:59 PM PST.

Supporting Documents

Please combine your supporting documents into a single PDF (please see below for the file naming convention) with the documents in the following order:

  • Resume
  • Statement of Intent (maximum 2 pages)  
  • Official Graduate Program Transcripts
  • All other official transcripts, including undergraduate degrees
  • Letters of Recommendation (3)
    • 1 Academic 
    • 1 Professional 
    • 1 Open/Additional***

PDF Document Naming Convention: Please name the supporting documents pdf with the following naming convention: “Lastname_Firstname.pdf”

Transcripts: Please note we require official transcripts that will be digitally uploaded by the applicant.

Letters of Recommendation: Please note we do not require sealed letters. Please have your references send their letters to you so you can include them in the file upload.

Open/Additional Letter: We ask that you submit one additional letter of recommendation from someone of your choosing, i.e. professor, academic advisor, coworker, manager, classmate, peer, mentor , etc. We only ask that you do not choose a family member or relative.

Tips for a Successful Submission

  • Prepare Early: Gather all necessary documents and information before starting the application to avoid any last-minute issues
  • PDF Formatting: Ensure all documents are clear and legible when combined into a single PDF.

Getting Started with the Application

  • Accessing the Form: You can access the application form through link at the top of this page
  • Uploading Documents: Click on the “Upload” button to attach your combined PDF and any other required files. You can also drag the file into the attachment field within the form.

Technical Requirements:

  • Browser Compatibility: we recommend using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience
  • Internet Connection: Ensure you have stable internet connection to avoid disruptions during the submission.
  • Upload Size Limit: The size limit for an attachment in the application is 250mb. Please ensure the file is under size limit. Contact us if the problem persists.

Confirmation and Follow-Up

If you would like to have a copy of the application sent to you, please select “Send me a copy of my responses” and provide your email in the corresponding field.

You will be notified via phone if you are selected for an interview.

Compensation Range

$90,000 to $99,000
