Holly Wells, RD, is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. She specializes in helping patients achieve and maintain their wellness goals by assessing their dietary needs, teaching them about healthy eating habits and guiding them toward sustainable behavioral changes. As a certified obesity and weight-management specialist, she also works with patients to help them maximize weight loss and optimize their nutrition.
Patients can rely on Wells for achievable care plans that align with their needs. She has a compassionate approach and always takes the time to listen to patients’ concerns and questions.
Her research is focused on the factors that can lead to unhealthy lifestyles. She is interested in better understanding social determinants of health and how to improve health equity.
In her free time, Wells enjoys playing tennis, visiting farmers markets and playing with her dog, Poppy.
