I was very nervous about my appointment and by the end of our conversation, I felt at ease. Dr. Mann was awesome and very thorough.

If the language is not directed at the physician and the patient is describing their experience, personal feelings should not interject. After her comment, I shut down and should have walked out. I tuned her out completely. I would never recommend or visit her again.
